(Junior) SAP Business Process Manager (m/f/d) Corn & Sunflower
For KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA we are looking for an (Junior) SAP Business Process Manager (m/f/d) for our Business Unit Corn & Sunflower as soon as possible.
You will be part of our IT department and responsible for the further development of SAP process activities for the Business Unit Corn Europe. The main working location is in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany), furthermore this exciting and diversified position is permanent and full-time.
- Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility:
- Conceptualization, planning, implementation, and control of SAP business processes in the BU Corn Europe
- Leading SAP projects within the BU, e.g., S4 Hana implementation, introduction of IBP
- SAP Process Owner - especially for the SD/MM modules in SAP R/3 and S/4
- Continuous gap analysis to determine the need for system adjustments, extensions, and training
- Preparation and execution of training for end users or regional key users
- Further development of the Regional Key User concept within the BU
- Coordination and driving of cross-functional SAP process topics within the KWS organization
- Organization, coordination, and partial execution of user support in sales and logistics in operational and project environments
Your profile - competence meets personality:
- Completed degree (B.A or M.Sc) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics with an IT background, or a comparable qualification
- Some professional experience in the above-mentioned or related areas would be desirable
- Knowledge of SAP, especially in the SD/MM modules and SAP process modeling
- High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for new, complex topics in the context of SAP R/3 and S/4
- Experience working in complex structures and in an international context is desirable
- High sense of responsibility and ownership regarding the projects and topics being worked on
- Excellent project management skills across regional and cultural boundaries
- Very good English skills (both written and spoken) are required; German is advantageous
