efficiency and reactivity in the region of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
In this environment, a new position is open in our EMEA headquarter based in Saint Didier au
Mont d’Or (69) – France for a:
Development Project Manager H/F
In close contact with the EMEA organization, for the projects you will be assigned to (current
and future portfolio for biorational and conventional products), you will be responsible for the
evaluation, development, and registration trials as well as relevant sections of the registration
dossiers. You will also ensure the transmission of the product know-how internally and
externally through product’s training or support for demo trials protocols.
Your main tasks will be
â Plan, budget, organize, contract, and follow the field trial program
â Prepare synthesis and technical summaries
â Prepare (with external support) the efficacy sections of the registration dossiers
â Contribute to the definitions of our product strategies
â Transfer the product know-how to internal and external customers
You will benefit from a large autonomy to bring forward your proposals and secure your
creativity to complete those tasks.
You will principally work in relation with
- The Herbicides & Insecticides team leader
- The Marketing Product Managers
- Contract Research Organizations all over EU
- The relevant Global Project Managers in our headquarters in USA and Japan
- The area managers
Required skills and profile
Knowledge: Graduate with a master’s degree in agronomy
Expertise in field experimentation and related data management, regulatory
environment and ideally good expertise in the insecticide and herbicide areas
(conventional and/or biorational products)
Experience: 3-5 years in technical / development positions in the agronomical research area or
agrochemical industry with background in the insecticide area
Skills: Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Good planning and organization skills
Ability to convince colleagues, customers, officials based on technical expertise
Language: Good written and oral skills in English (working language)
IT Tools: Workable knowledge of Microsoft Office and ARM
